HYDREX™ MV ARCTIC 15- Drum

For heavy duty hydraulic oil applications operating at high pressures.

For heavy duty hydraulic oil applications operating at high pressures and in wide temperature ranges.

Features & Benefits

  • Combines minimal fluid friction at low start-up temperatures with protection at high operating temperatures.
  • Energy efficiencies are realized compared to monograde hydraulic oil when exposed to wide temperature fluctuations.

HYDREX™ MV ARCTIC 15

  • For extremely cold temperatures.
  • Recommended for use in critical low temperature systems.
  • Anti-wear hydraulic oil characteristics extend equipment life.
  • Water separability and hydrolytic stability without loss of performance additives.
  • Rust and corrosion protection against water damage.
  • Readily biodegradable as measured by OECD 301B.
  • Allows hydraulic oil systems to start at temperatures as low as -50°C/-58°F, with operating range between -45°C/-49°F and 23°C/73°F.

Applications

  • Recommended for vane, gear and axial piston hydraulic pumps for applications requiring ISO viscosity grades 10 and 15.
  • Recommended for use in emergency shutdown valves or other critical low temperature heavy-duty hydraulic systems required to respond quickly and reliably.
  • NSF H2 listed (no allowable food contact).
